One of the best Beatles album gets the DTS 5.1 treatment. As with almost every Beatles record, this one suffered from poor bass (eventhough THIS was the album where low frequencies were boosted for the very first time using very cool studio trickery) and this DTS version really gives it a great EQ overhaul.

You can burn DTS Audio CD with the CUE file (provided) using EAC .

WARNING: do not play this cd on a regular stereo system cause you can damage your speakers since only LOUD WHITE NOISE will be heard. It requieres a DTS decoder and, preferably, 5.1 surround channels to enjoy the full experience (please pay attention on the vocals of Here, There and Everywhere).

is it a real DTS CD, or a DTS that you made yourself?
cause DTS CD that i made with adobe audition from a stereo source never sounds like a real DTS CD..thanks

Hold on there, it is Monkey's Audio .ape files, not wav files
The CUE is wrong and also the DTS is lost

@jspaceman: yep! this is a VERY interesting version of Revolver. hope you like it mate. please DO sit in the center of your home theater while listening to it.

@olivierdo: this is a Two Of Us Production DTS audio cd, not made by myself and definitly not made using the STEREO cd as a master. it features TRUE 5.1 (a very active LFE) surround sound. i REALLY don't know how it is they make them, but here's more info: http://www.toupltd.com/toup03.html

@bowlman38 : sorry mate, that's the password. forgot that i was newbie also.

@sebus: cue file and wave extraction were made on EAC and then compressed using MONKEY AUDIO (sorry if i mixed up the info) just as the Ram DTS that I previously offered. what is the exact problem you are getting, sebus? please let me know if i can help you.

anyone had problems unraring and burning this? please let me know cause i burned a test CD-RW perfectly dropping the APE files into Nero.

hi, for the post of sebus he means that it can be better to download a image ISO of the cd, cause monkey .ape to wave, we loose a part of quality.(sorry for my english i'm a french guy )

i had the impression (having used EVERY lossLESS encoder/decoder out there, SHN, FLAC, APE) that you don't lose quality from APE. i had not used them if i knew better. nevertheless, if quality was lost, it would not be possible to burn the DTS cd in the end, but if i am wrong, please let me know. thanx for tne explanation olivierdo. =)

EAC was useless in burning the files.
Had to download Monkey' Audio plugin for Nero from h**p://neroplugins.cd-rw.org & after that got a perfect CD

For the future ISO (or BIN/CUE) would be much better option

Same for McCartney's CD where the compression was FLAC

in bitburners show plugins for nero5 and 6.
will work in nero7?

i want to burn as waves and not as dts then another question is:
i could extract the .ape files(revolver) to 6 waves easily but
how can i extract the flac files(Paul) to 6 waves?

Please bonamau - don't crap the rest of the team - this posting was 100% screwed by you and was a waste of time because you didn't manage your homework.The cue file was never going to work, because it specified WAV files, whereas you supplied APE. A very simple check would have eradicated 99% of the issues here.

ok,i got flacdrop but only get 2 channels.

the reason that i need wave is because i can't play DTS in 5.1 but using 6 waves is possible.(seems crazy but it's true)then,i need to extract the flacs(Paul-ram)to 6 waves.
or is better post in the P.M-Ram page?
