“This second of three anthologies of the music of Frank Zappa was manufactured by Rykodisc in small quantities and sent to radio stations in 1995. As on the first volume, Kill Ugly Radio, there are interview excerpts between the 15 selections (one of which is Zappa talking with a rowdy New York City audience during his annual Halloween concert), except Zappa's comments tend to be more than passing soundbytes as on the earlier CD; all of them were from an interview by Ben Manilla for WLIR-FM.

"Plastic People," from the album Absolutely Free, is restored to its original version, removing the overdubbed bass and percussion added by Zappa for the first CD edition of that album. Like the earlier promotional CD, collectors will already have all of the music within this release, but may search for it for the interview tracks and because it is a relatively rare CD. ~ Ken Dryden		”
