I'm sure a lot of effort went into putting this together but, what's the point of taking these "highest quality" audiophile releases and compressing them to lossy MP3 format?

Have to agree with Torcuato on this one. Seems rather pointLESS to take audiophile remasters and strip them of their audiophile qualities.

What a curse is this anytime a nice post is placed for downloading, Rapidshare is deleting the links. This bloody organization is surviving from all illegal files placed in it and it pretends that follows the rules! It's so silly...
Does anyone can tell me where to download this discography? Probably a torrent file? Is there any chance to re-upload them all?

En ese caso, simplemente vuelvan a obtener los links.

Is Dr Ebbet = MFSL, or is his a new mix of the MFSL mix?

As for MP3 320 and the audiophile, I think a 320 MP3 in MFSL will give greater joy than FLAC of the standard version. Of course, the FLAC of the MFSL is the best ... which, btw, I have for most of these albums.

Maybe some admin should remove this post? It is a waste of time just now because the link to all of the links just gives a 404 error. If you 'extract' the proper Rapidshare linklist URL from it and go direct, you get the following RS message:
Error
LinkList not found

I think we all know that means the links are no longer there or the uploader has moved them and not told people for some reason.
either way = DEAD!

Well I think that "forbiden" is a exclusion based on IP address ... Maybe your IP is listed in the blacklists and the server is blocking you. In any case, you can use a proxy.

Are you aware that RAPIDSHARE is imposing download limits to their Premium users?
Around 2 Gigs a day! ...
Considering the size of great stuf that you all (uploaders) are more and more producing and uploading this means that for a 7/8 Gigs post a Premium user at Rapidshare needs 3/4 days to fully download it. What do you think about ?
I am already Premium user from MEGAUPLOAD - DEPOSITFILES - FILEFACTORY - EASYSHARE.
With these guys I am delighted; you know why?
NO DOWNLOAD LIMITS AT ALL !!!

Hi, only dicovered this great site today on a search for Gordon Lightfoot,
I just had to register. I discovered your fantastic Beatles file, and while I
appreciate the incredible effort, I agree these albums are simply crying out
to be ripped in FLAC, so much detail is lost in the MP3 transfer, please please please,

WellIThink, therefore you is!! Exceedingly sentient of you to share this Beatles library. Thank you so much for this. I actually availed myself to this 'library' a while ago. My iPod thanks you and so do I as I now have THE best fed iPod on the entire planet. Oh and nay sayers? I just did a random link sampling - all links are active. Rapidshare and the internet are a wonky place to be on the best of days... Try the link later or try it again the following day. I'm a Premium Rapidshare account holder and have encountered some of problems(and complaints) that everyone else here has. <shrug> It's a less than perfect world... But with the Beatles? P.S. FLAC(Loseless) is nice for playing off your hard drive but so far, iPods' only use .mp3's and let's give our poster his due: all of the files posted are CD quality(192 k/bps) or a high VBR(variable bit rate) and having played all of these files through my iPod, through a very clean kick-ass amp and a pair of Studio Lab speakers - every single one of these files sound every bit as good as the vinyl I first heard them on(and still own). As for: "DO IT IN FLAC!! MP3 SAD"? No, Mr. beatleman9. No Beatles at all...? NOW that would be sad!!! WellIThink? Tell what I think; somewhere John Lennon and George Harrison are looking on and smiling...
