Sade - Lovers Rock | R&B | MP3 320Kb | 100Mb
Lovers Rock, the title of Sade's first album of the 21st century, could be taken on many levels. Never before has the singer infused more mainstream rock elements (prominent strummed guitars) into her music as evidenced by the first single, "By Your Side." That's not to say that she has eschewed her own tried-and-true brand of smoky, dusky ballads. The singer/songwriter is reunited with co-producer Mike Pela and musician/songwriters Andrew Hale, Stuart Matthewman, and Paul S. Denman; and Lovers Rock finds them all in fine form. "Somebody Already Broke My Heart," "Every Word," and "Lovers Rock" are vintage Sade.

Nice cat posture too!
:p
If you guys enjoy this album, you should also check out the work of Sade's talented bandmate Stuart Matthewman. He did the awesome soundtracks to the movies Twin Falls Idaho (great movie, by the way), Sea of Love, and Northfork. He also worked Maxwell, Amel Larrieux, and formed Sweetback with his mates from Sade's band. Great music from this guy.
Thanks for yourwords about my taste. Mayby you would like my music library, but i had guests here that asked if i not have any "ordinary Music" also. (they dont come back of course)
Sades band is always coming in background of an so big artist. Many great musicans live hole their life in the shadow of great stars.
Stars who would be nothing without their band.....
Ive noticed me the name Stuart Matthewman. Only movie ive seen of those you listed is Sea of love. (its still great) If i find something he have made ill try it. Thanks for the tip :-)
@nikita7
And Sade Live will come :-)
@gandallon
Yes to all :-)
Please don't listen to those guests. There is already enough 'ordinary' music clogging up the radio stations and record stores of the world.
I agree with you completely regarding the great musicians... lucky for us some of these greats have started new lives outside of their famous bands. This is how I discovered David Sylvian, Ryuichi, Andy Summers, Peter Gabriel, Lauren Hill, Kristin Hersh, Bjork, Craig Wedren and his bandmates from Shudder To Think and many other cool cats. :)
I have Twin Falls Idaho and will try to upload it for you tomorrow or the next day because I really think you will enjoy it. Unfortunately, it's only 128 bitrate (I got it back in the Napster days), but 128 is better than nothing I guess.
Thanks again for all of your wonderful shares! Your hard work is appreciated.
I often try to tell visitors in my home before i send them away, not listen to radio and tv anddo not buy music at the gasstation :-)))
Yes, many cool cats there :-) And not turn it all black, there are lots of magicans in the musicworld who cant play alone. Strange thing that. Inside an band, often under an hard leader this peoples play so magic and free. Once they make an solo its an disaster. Dont want to name anyone, cause this is often subjective.
About Twin Falls Idaho so would i be pleased to listen to it, but Avax dont allow 128Kb "uploads". See the FAQ. But you can publish it here in the comments.
Thank to you for your comment :-)
