The interface is designed in spanish, but almost all of the applications are in english, as far as I know only Solidworks is in spanish.
The User Manuals are in spanish.
Once downloaded u have to burn it in a double layer dvd.

maybe a good idea to post the menu separate and then the applications as separate files.With ultraiso people can then reconstruct the iso with the parts they need and get downloaded.
