Any diagnostics that require a fully functional operating system to be able to be run are totally useless.
PC-Check or Microscope are valuable tools for trouble shooting because they run totally from a floppy diskette or bootable cd.
Checkit does NOT include QUOTE - "This powerful pre-boot version of CheckIt® Diagnostics Version 7.0 gives you diagnostics that run even when Windows won't."
No such utility exists in this download.
