I have just briefly tried this program, namely its Chinese translation function, and found it quite fair.

* Attention: At the program's site you will find that a version 7.0 exists as well. However, don't feel inferior by downloading this version 6.0, as that one is just the equivalent of this one for Chinese Windows.

The program is Taiwanese, thus the setup is in fantizi, but it goes almost automatic, and then you can use it in English as well.
