Программа позволяет посылать электронные письма в обход серверов почты вашего провайдера прямо в ящик пациенту. Работать с ней проще простого - достаточно прописать в отправке SMTP "localhost" (без кавычек, 25 порт). То есть она создает SMTP сервер на вашем компе.
