This is a 32 bit port of GCC, the GNU Compiler Collection using mingw for Microsoft Windows. The GNU Compiler Collection includes front ends for C, C++, Objective-C, Fortran, Java, and Ada, as well as libraries for these languages (libstdc++, libgcj,...).

The distribution includes debugger and make utility, and supports OpenMP v2.5. Download the following self-extracting executable, and run the executable to install. Manuals are also included.

It has been tested on Windows XP and Windows XP x64, including the GDB debugger (no more GDB crashes on Windows x64 machines). It produces highly optimized code 7k as compared to 47k size in gcc v4.4.0-experimental release for a hello world application.
