I used Alcohol 120% to burn to a CD, installed the app OK, but when I try to run it I get the Interactive Knee welcome screen, then this error message - "Please insert the correct CD-ROM, select OK and restart application." Yet the CD in the drive is the correct one?

Any suggestions?

I received this error message: windows cannot open this disc, disc corrupted or not compatible with windows... I burned it with Nero (img file).
Any help will be wellcome.

Only what i can say: all stuff that was uploaded is using by me for a long time and not only on my pc, by the way more than 300 downloads. When you unrar it you had a problem? I don't know nothing about Nero but I use an alcohol 120% for this purpose... and it's ok...

Hi Dimitry, the program has a 'CD-check' feature. Do you have a original cd? If yes, there is probably a hidden file not getting copied over. See question: "Do you need to keep the CD in the computer while the program is running?" at author's web site here: www.primalpictures.com/Support/Index.aspx#

==EUREKA!== Do the following to defeat CD-Check:
unpack
burn "primal 1.ccd" image with Alcohol 120% (1.9.5 (Build 3823)
Image Burning Wizard
Select an Image file you would like to record.

Another solution is to use UltraISO and convert the CloneCD image to the standard ISO format which will save over 30MB of space and let you burn it with most CD/DVD burning software. It took less than 10 seconds to convert the CCD img to ISO on my system... There is also a free nice uncluttered software for burning ISOs called ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/
