Microsoft originally made a program called RegClean that fixed you registry beginning back in win95-98. This program quickly dissappeared from Microsofts website as it worked too well...

Microsoft made it disappear thanks to deals with software companies as it interefered with some features they likes, such as demo software. Many demo software that have time limits, leave behind memos in the registry when uninstalled so that you can't re-install it and get your demo over and over again.

This is the main reason RegClean disappeared, it even cleaned these out and allowed you to have permanet demos.

RegClean removes old registry files and fixes errors which makes your computer run faster and more effectively.

Thank you anyway, I konw this app as well and it makes me a lot of problems.
It was one time the best registry cleaner, now it is oldshool and not recommended!
