Try the retail installer. Have you copied the crack file to the program directory and executed it by double clicking?.
Else try this http://ifile.it/a0zwr7o and give feedback definitely.

I am not able to download the retail installer, the download limit of 10 has been reached and no further download allowed.

I have tried the new patch file posted, i am still not able to crack the exe file.
