Ad Muncher v4.72 Build 30400
RS.com | 7,2 MB | Unlimited Trial patch

Ad Muncher is a system-wide ad blocker, dealing with annoyances like banner ads and popups along with new rich media ads like video ads, interstitials and floating ads. Many types of spyware and adware installers are also blocked, as well as third-party tracking systems. It works out of the box, without the need to choose what you want blocked or configure third-party filter lists, and works with all browsers and many advert-displaying programs such as ICQ, Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Yahoo Music Jukebox, SopCast, iMesh, BearShare, Pando, PalTalk, etc..

What makes Ad Muncher the ultimate ad blocker?

* Blocks ads in all browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, Safari, Flock, Netscape, Maxthon and Avant Browser.

* Kills unwanted popups in all browsers.

* Removes advertising in programs like Pando, SopCast, ICQ, Morpheus, Kazaa, PalTalk, iMesh, Bearshare, LimeWire, Yahoo! Music Jukebox, TVAnts and more.

* Speeds up page loading and saves bandwidth, thanks to the missing ads and pop up windows.

* Works immediately out of the box, thanks to the most extensive ad blocking list available.

* Filters quickly and reliably, thanks to nine years of constant development and feedback from users.

* Protects your privacy by blocking common third-party tracking systems.

* Blocks rich media advertising like video ads, interstitial ads and floating ads.

* Blocks many spyware, adware and dialer installers.

Instruction:
1. Install Ad Muncher from the file provided below.
2. Run the patch and press I to install. (Exit Ad Muncher before you do this step)
Note: If you had installed Ad muncher 4.72 and used the Komputer SWAT license before, it is likely you won't be able to see the definition updates. So it's best to uninstall the current version, find and delete all traces of that installation.

Kaspersky 7 and 2009 says patch is infected with adware! On other forums people say that this might be a false postive however......

The file also contains 6MB picture to pad for RS points. I would suggest skipping this download. The entire d/l should be 808k (this post minus the filler) and can be found at:

Many AV programs detect keygens & patches as malware or potential virus. It's all right, but some crackers can add malicious code (or a trojan) to their patches. It happens
rarely, but happens. So always check downloaded files, if not sure, better don't run executable files.

As for "inflating" the archives with trashy files.... well, it's our way to say thanks to an uploader, that is by downloading oversized files and this way adding him points.
It's a much better way to say THANKS!

Cheers!

The problem with this post is that there are other patches that don't trigger AV's and this one gets over 50% hits with the online total virus checker.

It also injects code into svchost.exe (there is no reason for this on the patch) and attempts to create hidden registry entries - that isn't just the pack, it is highly indicative of nasty things.

As for padding files, let folks know that you are padding and I have no problem. Doing it otherwise is not in the spirit of sharing.

Last of my two cents....

What other patch are you talking about, I don't seem to be able to find them. Only this one, it works just fine, I had Norton INternet Security 2009 installed and didn't see anything strange happen from that program.

Thanks for the support guys. Btw to the generous guy who want to share the 808KB file, why dont you create your own thread?
