I install the Primavera Project Planner twice and the installation went Ok, but when I start the program, I put the user and pass; It asked me that databased file is not config by putting the host name and location. It gives me that the database failed and I cannot open the primavera p6. I followed all instruction but I dont know what is wrong. Can you help me please. Thank you.....

3. In the "Database Configuration - Validate Database Connection" window you must complete the fields as follows:
Database alias = PMDB
Username = pubuser
Public group id = 1

4. Clic "Next", and here can happen two things:
- Appears a windows saying "Connection Successful!", then clic "Finish".
Or
- The program asks if you want to configure the connection. If yes, follow the next step.

5. A windows opens saying "Database Configuration - Welcome to DB Config!", clic "Next"

6. A new window says "What would you like to do?", select the "Configure my database connecctions" option, then clic "Next"

7. A windows says "Select Database alias", select "Project Management database (PMDB)" option, and below select "PMDB", then clic "Next"

8. In "Select o Create alias" you must select the following fields:
- Database alias: PMDB
- Driver type: Microsoft SQL Server/SQL Express
Clic "Next"

9. In "Configure SQL Server Connecction"
- Host = Enter your computer's name (you can find it by right-clicking "My Computer" icon in your Desktop, then Properties, then Computer Name or whatever it says), followed by "\PRIMAVERA" (without quotes). Example: My computer's name is LONEWOLF, so I entered LONEWOLF\PRIMAVERA
- Database Name: pmdb$primavera
Clic "Next"

10. In "Enter Public Login Information" write:
Database alias: PMDB
Username: pubuser
Password: pubuser
Public group ID: 1
Clic "Next"

11. In "Validate Database Connecction" write:
Database alias: PMDB
Username: pubuser
Public group ID: 1
Clic "Next"

12. A window says "Connecction Successful!". In the fields must say:
Database alias: PMDB
Clic "Finish"

13. That's all. Now you can open Primavera. Fields must say:
user: admin
pass: admin
database: PMDB
And then clic "OK".

Recently some users reported that the crack doesn't work anymore, we're searching for a new crack.
