Yes,this shit does not work, the fix I mean. Tried to install it 100 times without success, it keeps asking for the key!

This software is not suitable for dumbass. It is only for who have brain how to use it.
And have brain how to use a cracked version.
Put the TMPGEncDVDAuthor3.en.lic in either folder
C:Documents and SettingsUserNameApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3 or
C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3
and make sure if you put it in UserName folder, there are no different key in All Users folder. To solve it, just delete any key exist in All UsersApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3

Well, Mayang, you smart boy, when I install this shit, there are not such application folders:
C:Documents and SettingsUserNameApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3 or
C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3
as you say! So there is no place to put the *.lic file!

You must tick 'Show hidden files and folders' in your windows.
Let try it again, if it doesn't work I will post a tool to help you again.

Mother fucker don't know how to say thank you.
Why say the fix doesn't work and its only a crap while you didn't know how to properly install the license. For the next time don't tell the fix is a crap if you didn't follow the step how to use a crack. I'm here always want to help, but when somebody call the fix is only a shit it will make me not happy.

For vista user, the license key should be install in
C:Users "username "AppDataRoaming

OK, it works now, thank GOD we have such Computer Rambos like you among us, Mayang... In earnest, I did have the hidden files turned off, stupid of me because it is always turned on...The prog works fine! Thanks

For the 'X:Documents and SettingsAVAXApplication DataPegasys IncTMPGEncDVDAuthor3' to be generated you need to start the program once...
