no es una nueva version es un archivo que alguien lo modifico para que pareciese esa version. se puede comprobar solo mirando las fechas que tienen los arhivos, ayudas, notas de autor, etc.

i downloaded this virsion few weeks ago , it says it is a pre release virsion , and the install process says it is 4.65 .. annywayz this virsion is very good so far , managed to open every archieve i have encountered

Its same old 3.51. but I don't know, how the size is 2.4 mb as Normal winrar is around 1 mb. Beware of this CRAP.
